A leg of lamb on the Weber on a lazy Sunday afternoon is tough to beat. I like to lie it on a proper bed of rosemary, stuffed with whole garlic cloves and smothered in pepper, paprika and olive oil - served with a fresh herb vinaigrette and crispy roast potatoes. If it is raining outside all the better. If your Weber has been struck by lightning and ridden over by a bus, you can do it in the oven.
