Lamb leg chops can be braaied, fried, roasted and stewed. I would probably not be stewing them as there are some awesome alternatives like shanks. On a braai they are delicious. They really love herbs like mint, rosemary and thyme, dried oreganum or marjoram. They can withstand bold flavours and are very versatile.
My favourite is crispy, chary, burned, oreganum chops smothered in garlic fresh coriander and natural yoghurt - with sliced jalapenos on the side. It works for me.
