Bannatyne's Free Range Boerewors
Our boerewors is made from 100% meat, we use pork and beef and our own recipe. The pork adds a juiciness and lovely texture. It comes in two thicknesses, the standard thick wors and the thin wors.
I'm sure you know the best way to cook boerie, rare and juicy. On a roll with All Gold Tomato Sauce.
In our boerewors we have put salt, black pepper, nutmeg, sugar, grape vinegar, garlic, thyme, coriander, cloves and a dash of Worcestershire Sauce.
