We use this rub on everything. It doesn't have any salt pepper or sugar in it, Basically it is just a herby falvour bomb. We always end up adding a little salt, pepper and sugar, just prior to it being done. that way we can control both the gravy and the meats saltiness. It contains the following spices: Paprika, Fennel, Chilies, Garlic powder, Nutmeg, Cumin Coriander and Thyme
It pairs really well with pork fat and lemon juice.
