These are our most popular cut of pork, and for good reason. They are delicious.
Bannatyne's Free Range Loin Chops are thick cut for extra juiciness. Best Braaied or grilled. The skin can be scored every 8 or so millimeters, perpendicular to the chop for proper crackling. The rendered fat adds a smokey dimension which pork loves. You should be able to stand them up on the skin side on your braai grid.
Loves lemon and sage, or something sweet.
They come in a pack as close to 640g as possible. The amount of chops may vary depending on the size of the original animal.
