These are new on our menu and are absolutely delicious. They are a variant of our normal pork sausages. The ratios are a little different but are still 100% free range pork mince and the following (Salt, black pepper, white pepper, thyme, sugar, garlic, nutmeg, fennel, paprika)
As you can see they are patty shape with a hole cut out for you to pop an egg in. I know right? what you can see is the smile on my face when making and eating them.They come in a pack of 4 of about 150g each. This will change how you think of breakfast and breakfasts away.
Cooking instructions: Place the patty in a hot pan until brown. Turn and work back from how you like your eggs. I like mine runny so as i flip the patty I crack an egg into the middle. As soon as the egg white is done - the patty in done. Place it on a roll and devour. I like to add cream cheese and fresh chilli.
