These are an absolute favourite among our clients. So much so that I have forgotten how to cook them myself. They are great braaied. Anytime you can get a tender loin and crispy, fatty rib belly on one piece of meat you are winning. Ours will not have a disproportionate amount of fat on them. They are pasture reared and as such have a natural balance of meat and fat.
The number of chops per pack will differ depending on the size of the animal, but you will always get at least 400g or 500g depending on your selection.
