Our Beef, Whiskey and Potato Pies are made from tougher cuts of Bannatyne's Free Range Beef, normally Beef Shin. They are slow braised and drenched in an carrot, onion and celery gravy, rich and sticky. They are covered in our home made pastry, which is tucked down the side for a crunchy and crispy crust.
Cooking/Heating Instructions: Defrost, Egg wash the pastry and heat thoroughly until the crust is golden brown and the filling is bubbling up the sides.
Ingredients: Beef, Onion, Celery, Carrots, Suet, Rosemary, Potatoes, Garlic, Pepper, Sugar, Salt, Paprika, Thyme, Whiskey, Origanum, Chilies, Flour, Butter, Lard and Eggs.
