Q: A friend and I would like to share a half carcass of both pork and lamb. How would you cut up the meat. We both a family of three. I would like to order on Monday.

I would suggest that you order two Bannatynes Cuts one pork and one lam. That way you will be able to divide it up very evenly. We have a lot of customers who do this and they normally dish out everything which there are duplicates evenly, like the chops, bacon, leg roasts, sausages, mince, rashers and hocks. With the remaining singular items like the neck roll, deboned shoulder and belly normally one family will get the belly and neck roll and the other the deboned shoulder. The following order they just swap. Same thing with the lamb or beef.
